Profile
My name is Ashish Verma. I hail from the renowned ‘Krishna Family’ of Varanasi, India. Having schooled from the prestigious St. John’s School, Marhauli, I moved to New Delhi in 2003 for higher education. In 2005 I moved to the UK for my exchange year at Wigan & Leigh College, Wigan.
Following my college education in the field of Advertising & Graphic Design, I went on to work as a professional Graphic Designer in the Delhi NCR area between 2007 – 2010, during which time I also worked at the ZEE News TV channel.
In 2010 I moved back to my hometown and started my own creative agency – Ether Studio. In 2013 I founded International Travellers’ Hostel (now part of ITH Stays) which was arguably the first modern backpackers’ hostel in northern India and is among the top-rated hostels in the country today.
I have been living in Germany’s Rhein-Main area since 2014 where I work as a Design & Marketing Expert covering the D-A-CH region.
Headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, I co-founded Ether Kreativ as a full-service Marketing Company and a sister firm of Ether Studio in the year 2019. Ether Kreativ’s website is currently being overhauled.

I want to bridge the socio-economic gaps between India and Europe and to bring the two economic giants closer together.
Based in the engineering powerhouse, Germany, I want to leverage Government of India’s “Make in India” campaign by assuming the role of a key European contact person for ambitious Indian businesses looking to explore the European, and especially, German market.
